# MEA Video Case Study

## Video production experience

I produced this case study for Gym Nation in Dubai as the first customer proof of our Digital transformation strategy.

My involvement

- Managed the content team, customer, and video agency
- Responsible for Board pitch, script approval, budget, direction of filming onsite, and final cut approval
- Used for multiple trade show appearances in the region and at European conferences
- Conception to release expedited to only 3 weeks

Me and my team worked with Lewis on a video marketing production that had a very short deadline and required a very efficient collaboration. We made it in time and the results were great. Lewis knew exactly what he wanted to achieve, he was very prepared and easy to work with. It was our first collaboration and we are glad it went so smoothly.
